Announcements Sabbath October 12, 2024

1. Our study of the Book of Daniel continues this evening at 4:30 pm during our AY session.

   
   

2. Tomorrow at 6:30 pm our study of the sanctuary continues. Please make a special effort to attend the ONLINE session conducted by Br. Patrick Bryan.

   
   

3. Strategic plan. Please continue to agonize with God about His plans for us so that we can complete His plans for the next five years.

   
   

4. Our Prayer and Testimony service continues this coming Wednesday. We need to see more of our members attending these services.

   
   

5. Kindly note that our interaction with the youth is on 12th October. We are asking all Elders and Youth to make themselves available for the session which begins at 8pm. Please listen out for the time and venue.

   
   

6. WTC T shirts – please contact Sherise Browne.

   
   

7. Please note that from Sunday October 6th (which is tomorrow)  until October 19th 2024, Br. Jefferson Rock will be unavailable to function as First Elder. During that period Br. David Wood will be the First Elder.

   
   

8. Look out for it. It is coming on Saturday night October 26th . Come and enjoy a good social and movie night. Invite your friends and contacts as we continue to cement our relationships.

   
   

9. On Sunday 27th October at 3:30 pm a Panel Discussion of Financial Management will be held in the Bartlett’s Tenantry Community. Please spread the word and invite your family, friends and contacts to this grand event to be held on the parcel of land next to Sis Jenifer King.

   
   

10. November 2nd there will be a district ordination of Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses at the Ephesus SDA church. Please pray for the ordinants and their immediate family as they are set apart for Holy use.

    
    

11. November 9 -16 there will be a District revival conducted at the Ephesus SDA church. Plan for it.

    
    

12. Our Business Meeting will be on December 7th at 5pm. In preparation for this meeting kindly note that all departmental budgets and plans for 2025 MUST be submitted by October 31st 2024 to the First Elder and copied to the Treasury.

    
    

13. The banquet, the banquet is coming. You can’t afford to miss. Go online and register. Every week / month put aside a little money in order to purchase your ticket. We need everyone to attend.

    
    

14. Key Thought: God is glorified when we bear fruit. How can we bear fruit? There is only one way, by connecting ourselves with Jesus everyday. Only the branches that are not taken away can remain productive. The strength of the branches depends on their vital union with the vine.
